Challenge

Clínica Dra. Serra is a fictional family-medicine practice in Barcelona, created as a concept project. The brief: a site that feels as calm and trustworthy as a good family doctor, answers patients' practical questions at once, and makes booking a visit effortless.

Approach

Four decisions that shaped the site.

  1. 01A calm, light design in soft whites and a deep clinical green, with the doctor's portrait on the first screen, because patients choose a person, not a clinic.
  2. 02Safety first: emergency numbers (112 and 061) are clearly shown, so nobody waits for an appointment they should not wait for.
  3. 03Every service with its duration and self-pay price, and a booking flow in three steps: the visit, a time, your details.
  4. 04Opening hours with today highlighted, upcoming closures, what to bring to a first visit, and three languages: English, Spanish and Catalan.
