How long does a website take?+

It depends on page count, existing copy and images, and review rounds. The quote sets the date.

Can I update the site myself?+

Yes. Text, images and pages live in Sanity. We show you at handover.

What about my existing site?+

We can redesign it, migrate the content and keep the addresses search engines already know.

AI agents

Assistants with a clear job

An agent answers the questions you get every day, books what can be booked, and passes the rest to you. Pick your business to see what that could look like.

What kind of business do you run?

Example conversation

  1. Agent: Hi. I'm an AI assistant. I can answer questions and book appointments.
  2. Visitor: Do you have anything free on Saturday?
  3. Agent: This Saturday I can offer 10:30 or 12:00.
  4. Visitor: 12:00. And do you do group prices?
  5. Agent: 12:00 is held for you. Group prices depend on the date, so I'll pass that question to the team. Which name and email should I use for the confirmation?
  6. Visitor: Marta, marta@example.com
  7. Agent: Booked. The confirmation email is on its way, and the team will get back to you about group prices.
  8. System: Passed to a person · reply within one working day

Fictional business. Shows how an agent could work.

Problems almost every small business has

  1. 01

    The same questions, every day.

It answers from your own approved information, in your customer's language.

  2. 02

    Messages that arrive after closing.

It replies at once, and books or takes the details for the morning.

  3. 03

Enquiries that get lost or go cold.

It asks the right questions and sends you a clear summary.

Pricing

On request, once the scope is clear.

Plan an agent like this→

Do you need an agent at all? Not always. If a form or a good FAQ page does the job, we will say so.

Also possible · Email

An email agent that writes for you

Some emails should go out every time something happens: an order, a customer who has gone quiet, a quote nobody answered. An email agent writes them from your own information and sends them, or leaves them for your approval.

Example: a ceramics studio

  1. When: New order #2041 paid. To: Anna Puig. Your order #2041 is confirmed. Hi Anna, Thank you for your order. Your two Terracotta mugs (56 €) are being packed today and leave on Thursday. We'll send the tracking link as soon as they ship. Ceràmica Lluna (Sent automatically)
  2. When: No order in 90 days · agreed to news. To: Jordi Mas. Something new from the studio, Jordi. Hi Jordi, Since your last order we've fired a new series of bowls in deep green. As a returning customer, you get 10 % off until 31 October. Ceràmica Lluna (Sent automatically)
  3. When: Autumn workshop has 4 spots left. To: Past workshop guests. 4 spots left: autumn glaze workshop. Hello, Our autumn glaze workshop has four spots left: Saturday 8 November, 10:00 to 13:00, 65 € with materials. Reply to this email to book yours. Ceràmica Lluna (Waiting for your approval)
  4. When: Quote sent 5 days ago, no reply. To: Laura Soler, Hotel Mar Blau. Any questions about the quote?. Hello Laura, I wanted to check whether you had any questions about the quote for 40 table plates. We can hold the price until 15 November. Ceràmica Lluna (Waiting for your approval)

Fictional business. Shows how an agent could work.

  1. 01

Order and booking confirmations go out late, or read like a template nobody opens.

It sends a clear confirmation the moment an order or booking comes in, in the customer's language, with the details that matter.

  2. 02

Regular customers drift away because nobody gets round to writing to them.

It notices who hasn't ordered in a while and writes to them, but only if they agreed to hear from you, always with a one-click unsubscribe.

  3. 03

Quotes and offers go unanswered, and nobody follows up.

It drafts the follow-up a few days later and leaves it for your approval, so nothing goes out that you haven't seen.

Connects to

  • your shop or booking system
  • your customer list, including who agreed to news
  • your email account
  • your price list and current offers

Never does

  • Sends offers to people who didn't agree to receive them
  • Keeps writing after someone unsubscribes
  • Invents discounts, prices or dates you haven't set
  • Sends offers or follow-ups without your approval, unless you allow it

Start with

Order and booking confirmations. Then add one follow-up, and approve each email until you trust it.

Plan an email agent→

What you get

  • An agent scoped to one job, with defined limits
  • Answers drawn from content you approve
  • Connections to the tools you already use: calendar, documents, CRM
  • Conversation logs you can read and act on

Typical deliverables

  1. 01Use-case scope and conversation design
  2. 02Chat interface for web or internal use
  3. 03A test list of questions it must answer correctly
  4. 04Admin view to read conversations and fix wrong answers

How we build it

Agents run on leading language models, chosen for the task. We connect them to your data and set rules for what they may do. The chat interface is built in Next.js.

Questions

Will the agent make things up?+

Language models can. We limit each agent to sources you approve and instruct it to say when it is unsure. Uncertain cases go to a person.

Where does my data go?+

The agent reads only the sources you approve. We agree in writing what it may never share.

Do I need an agent at all?+

Not always. If a form or a good FAQ page does the job, we will say so.

Applications

Software for one job, done well

Example application

Example application: Book a service, Send request. New → In progress → Ready. Your bike is ready for pickup.

Fictional business. Shows how an application could work.

An application does one job your spreadsheet or inbox can't hold, for your team and your customers. Here is what that could look like for a bike workshop: a request sent from a phone lands on the team's board, and the customer always knows where their order stands.

What this example shows

  1. 01

Requests from a phone land straight on the team's board. Nobody copies them over.

  2. 02

Everyone sees the same status, so no one has to ask where an order stands.

  3. 03

Customers are told automatically when it's ready.

Pricing

On request, quoted in phases once the scope is clear.

What you get

  • Only the screens your team needs, nothing else to learn
  • Works in the browser and on phones
  • User accounts, roles and permissions

Typical deliverables

  1. 01Product scope and user flows
  2. 02Interface design and clickable prototype
  3. 03Application with database and admin area
  4. 04Automated tests, deployment, documentation and handover

How we build it

Next.js and TypeScript with Tailwind CSS, hosted on Vercel behind Cloudflare. We start with the smallest version that does real work, then grow it in rounds.

Questions

How long does an application take?+

It depends on scope. We define a first version that is small enough to launch and does one job well. The quote sets the date.

Who owns the code?+

You do, once the project is paid. Source code and accounts are set up in your name and handed over.

Can you take over an existing application?+

Yes, after reviewing the code. We say plainly whether to continue, rebuild parts or start again.

How we deliver

Three ways to work with us

Every project can end in one of three ways, depending on how much you want to look after yourself.

  1. 01

    Code only

We build it, you run it

    You get

    • The complete source code
    • Documentation and a handover call

    You take care of

    Hosting, domain, launch and updates

    Best for

Teams with their own developer or IT person

    One-off price, on request

  2. 02

    Code and launch

We set it live, you look after it

    You get

    • Everything in Code only
    • Set-up on your own hosting and domain, in your name
    • Launch and final checks

    You take care of

Hosting and domain costs, and updates after launch

    Best for

Businesses happy to own the accounts, without the technical set-up

    One-off price, on request

  3. 03

    Fully managed

    We take care of everything

    You get

    • Hosting, security updates and backups
    • Monitoring, and small changes every month
    • One contact for anything

    You take care of

Nothing technical. We recommend the domain stays in your name, so it is always yours

    Best for

Businesses that want it to simply work

    Monthly fee, on request

In all three, the code is yours once the project is paid.

Not sure what you need? A few quick questions, and you get a clear recommendation.

How we work

  1. 01

    Discover

A short call, then a written scope: goals, audience, constraints and what success means.

  2. 02

    Design

Structure before decoration. Wireframes, then visual design, reviewed with you at each step.

  3. 03

    Build

Short rounds you can see and test on real devices, with a live preview link as we go.

  4. 04

    Launch and grow

We launch and hand over. Then we measure, refine and add what the business needs next.

Tell us the problem. We will say which of the three fits.
